Select Bag Sealers has been supplying automatic tape and paper bag sealers into the global market for over 30 years now. With the recent acquisition of the bag sealing division of AEW Delford Systems we have increased our range of tape sealing equipment to cover a large range of customer applications. Our product range covers from 15 bags per minute (with the semi-automatic table top sealer with printer) to nearly a hundred a minute with our latest automatic equipment, and several integrated systems in-between. Our first hand experience and knowledge stretches back over thirty-five years.

Although there are several methods of sealing bags, we believe that tape sealing has stood the test of time and has more to commend it than any of its rivals have to offer. The re-sealable tape seal is also recognised by the food industry as the safest and most cost effective method of sealing bags.

Our policy is quite simple; we provide a quality range of bag sealers and back this up with technical help, service engineers and a full compliment of spare parts that is held at our site in Leeds for delivery on a next day basis (or the same day if required).

Our development department endeavours to continuously improve our equipment, which has led to an expanding range of equipment and the removal of production ‘bottlenecks’ within several industries including the bakery and frozen food markets. Our paperless tape sealing units with dual tape length facilities are popular for sealing all bag types, both plastic and paper bags included, but also have advantages for sealing bags in damp environments where paper cannot be used.

Our service department can offer technical assistance by phone or can provide a comforting backup call out service in addition to scheduled bag sealer preventative maintenance services.

Our intentions for the future are to continue to supply high quality bag sealers harnessing new technology from today, and the future, to cater for the high demands of our customers and to continually develop our equipment to cater for the ever increasing packaging trends that regularly appear.
